CSDS has worked with many of the construction industry’s top clients to prepare computer software that meets the requirements of the industry. CSDS has numerous programs that may be adapted to any client’s needs. Examples are:

Maxtrax is the premier weld tracking program in the business. Clients find the instant welding reports useful for tracking progress, efficiency, conformance, completion and areas of concern. A client can check the activity date, welder, material, process, inspector, NDE, PWHT, testing, consumable used and weld sizes, with Summary or Detailed reports. MaxTrax insures the integrity of the system welds prior to testing by reporting the percent complete for each step in completion of the welds. Reports can be run on any variables, such as the number of stainless steel welds rejected and the types of defects incurred..

· Maxtrax assures compliance of the requirements based on material “classes”. It then produces “Ready Reports” to advise the user of the next activity for the weld.

· This program presents the client with hard copy and an electronic copy (in MS Excel) of the complete history of the welds, welders and materials used. At the end of the project a CD of the history is supplied that makes for easy duplication and storage of all the welding data for the project.

· Training for the client’s personnel in the use of MaxTrax or the supply of MaxTrax technicians is offered.

AO Clock is the management tool used in conjunction with the client’s planning and progress software (e.g., Prima Vera). This program receives data from the planning program based on the client’s established milestones. At preset intervals before a milestone is reached, the AO Clock triggers an announcement e-mail to the assigned management personnel. This allows pro-active reviews and preparation.

PCT (for Personnel Certification Tracking) is used to insure that personnel are current with their training, implementation and testing as required for the continuous certification. The program can be adapted to produce the client’s required reports for a pro-active certification system.

CSIMS is a program for monitoring the handling records for the radiation sources used in NDE. It accepts input of records and reports the radiation levels received by the technicians. The report is used to monitor the REMs received by the personnel that are actively utilizing the sources and wearing monitoring badges or dose rate meters. It is used to track the use of each radiation source. This program insures that each technician stays below his allowable exposure level.
